Hey saw that you commented on 1000 Years in the Making the Eric Northman story, just thought i'd let you know that the sequel 30 Years Past is out now if you'd like to check it out. =D
okk for Six Little Words. you were deleted from the authors i knw you're probably confused if you havent already read yesterday's comments but go to Six Little Words comment page and read pgs 30-32 and you should be all caught up on all the crap tht happend yesterday =\
yeah, i think that's the one i was looking at, but i can't seem to get my brushes to work or show up on my presets. it's really bothering me and i've look up countless tutorials to try and fix it...
I found brushking.eu but not all of them are free and the selection isn't that big, but there are a few really cool looking ones. like i'm definitely going to download the smoke one. i'm still looking thought...i don't want to have any stipulations to what i use, you know. i want freedom!
Actually...I'm looking up some brushes right now because I'm in the mood to make more banners for my stories. I know a fantastic font website thought called dafont.com. It's where I get all of my special fonts and they've got loads to choose from.
Mhmmm. And I'd rather get some sort of response than no response at all.
I hated learning the new program, even though the program in my class had more brushes than I do...I miss having all those brushes. haha.
only once have i received what i've deemed "constructive critism" but, i mean...that's their opinion and i can't change it.
totally. i think we should be able to choose our program. if it helps us do any better or edit any better, they we should be given free range, you know?
yeah, i've told myself that i'd appreciate anyone's opinion of my story, but still...make it at least with some evidence or reason, you know?
exactly! i would have to take these quizzes on where things were in adobe and the stupid shortcuts and what not and i'd freak out cause i never remembered...i told my professor i could remember with PSP but she didn't think that was too funny.
I haven't had anyone tell me they hate my stories, but I have been told reasons why they aren't subscribing or that my characters are unrealistic, which hurts. i try to make my characters as realistic as possible.
Yeah, I've used paint shop waaaay longer than adobe. I just like it cause I know where everything is. haha.
Yeah, I've found that when people know how to constructively critize a story, they pick out the good and bad. But I've gotten a few that point blank tell me what they don't like and it kinda hurts. My stories are like my babies in a sense...
I use Paint Shop Pro, but I had to learn how to use Adobe for a few graphic design classes I was taking. I didn't really see that much difference between the two of them...besides the name.
Oh! and the camera I use is just a Kodak EasyShare V1003. It's a pretty dinky little thing, but it's 10 megapixels and I have a fantastic photo-editing program.
awww, no problem! it deserves a lot more feedback than it gets, really it does.
i swear, the amount of silent readers on mibba is scary.
and thank you! :]
Hey,
umm,
so i just started this new story,
its called You Found Me..
i was wondering if you'd read it and tell me what you think?
It would be really helpful.
