Haha yeah. I actually made some tofu last night. Just winged it, I had no idea what I was doing haha. I just made some terryaki rice and cooked the tofu in a terryki sauce with mushrooms and a tiny bit of lemon then put everything together once it was done. It was really good! I didn't expect it to be that good 'cause I had no idea what I was doing haha. So, yeah first tofu meal was awesome! Your luck helped me. Now I'm just waiting for my power to come back on so I can make another nice tofu meal. Eh, it's taking forever. Four hours and counting. My power company sucks lol.
Ah google! I've been looking at recipes today, I'm gonna start with something simple. This weekends gonna be my first time trying tofu, wish me luck! Oh jeez, my candle just tipped over and spilt wax all over the place. The world hates me haha.

Same here. I'm obsessed with these fake chik'n patties that are like breaded. I think the brand name is Qorn or something like that.
They are so good! taste just like actual chicken.

Haha that's funny. I don't think I'll ever switch back and if I did I'd at least only eat it occasionally but still I don't think I will what with me being so obsessed with my health. It's weird 'cause I'm the type of person who loves junk food. I live off of pizza, candy and energy drinks. But it evens itself out because I exercise so much and drink water majority of the time and besides those things everything else I eat is healthy. I know my friend is alyways like how are you so skinny when all you do is eat candy? haha I've been blessed with a naturally thin frame so yay candy! Do you like to eat the vegetarian stuff they make? Like the fake meat and tofu and stuff?

Yeah, it's defenitely gotten easier the past like two months compared to when I started. It's pretty much the same for me, I'd always wanted to be a vegetarian though I'm not sure why, I always felt that it was right. So I expeiremented with it some the past year or so and finally decided to fully commit to it. I really hate how they treat the animals not to much all the crap they give them, it's just horrible. I'm kind of a health nut lol. So health reasons were another big reason. I think it's much healthier. I also refuse to eat any type of fast food. meat or no meat. I'm an extremely picky eater and I exercise on a daily basis. I think I have like health OCD or something haha.
