I find no point in that. I mean, if you wanna customize one of my layouts to your liking, then why not? As long as you credit me, it's fine. It's actually pretty fun to see people customizing my layouts. ^-^

I ask my friends who know how, and they say "oh just play around with it".

It would've been a lot easier (and a lot less glitchy) if I knew how to use Photoshop or whatever, but I don't, so the rounded edges were made with HTML codes, too. Because of the rounded edges, I spent possibly hours on that layout. xD

I don't use a program, actually. Like, I don't use Dreamweaver or anything. I just start typing the code from scratch...
Like so:

And so on. :] Some people use Photoshop (or similar programs) for their layouts, and THEN they code to match it. Like, they make layouts this (borrowing one of my friend's ones, lol):
