My mum flips out when my brother comes back with more tattoos!
My sisters boyfriend got his first tattoo when he was 13 and his mum took him, i thought that was pretty amazing!
but then again i don't think people should get tattoos untill there 18 because your bodies gonna change alot before then and the tattoo's probably gonna change as your body does!
