Palliser is honestly my favourite, and I probably wouldn't even be reading gay fiction if it wasn't for him, haha. I don't know, I sort of like the idea of Derek and Cole together just because it's such a crack couple that I could see it work, though I could see Carter and Derek too. He is! He is very schmuck-y! I totally couldn't even think of the word but that's perfect!

Oh my god I'm probably going to be saying schmuck all the time now. xD

It sucks that he hasn't updated in a while, though. D: And I haven't read animal soup.'s stories but I'm probably going to get on that, I am in desperate need of some fiction to read and I can't really find... any. Do you have any recommendations? :3

Sometimes I have to wait for a moment and wonder to myself like did this actually happen or am I just confusing dreams again, because sometimes I'll say things and people will correct me, and then I realize [I]that never happened[/I]. I'm pretty much living in inception! xD
I really just have a story in mind, haha, Surviving the Chase by Palliser is seriously my favorite story on here at the moment, and the best friend sort of it's into that stereotype but the isn't only that, he's not one-dimensional at all! You should definitely check it out! :3

I actually haven't seen the anime adaptation, for the most part recently I've been such a stickler to manga instead of anime. Mostly because I hate filler episodes, it's like the canon to me, and it's so much easier to flip through a couple chapters than actually watching an episode. Plus there's a lot more yaoi. I've read all that's been put out of the manga of No. 6- and quite frankly adore it- but I figure at this point I'm going to have to start watching the anime to finish it. But yeah, it's such a fantastic story! I'm a softie for dystopian societies, I'll totally admit it. :3

I think the emo-femme scene can be done... well sort of right, not to the full extent but maybe one character amid some normal ones, I guess. Haha, I really feel like that entire fad sort of faded now, if anything it's the hipster guys that should be taking over! ^.~

Ah~ thank you! It actually means a lot because I made the layout myself (well not the picture obviously but the set up and all) and there's a severe lack of anime fans on this site, I find. Durarara!! is so easily one of my favorite animes of all time, dear lord, I mean [I]Kida[/I]! I love that fictional boy to bits! :3

Oh my gosh, I wanted to say thank you, because your comment was awesome.

One of the things I was most worried about was making the characters seem realistic and relatable and well, quirky and lovable. I'm so glad you love them, because it's my first original story, and I'm attatched to them as well.

Brent is by far one of my favorite characters, he's such a sweetie. And my goal was to make girls see themselves a little in Rylan. The story is deep and emotional, and hard to write, hence, not an update in awhile. But your comment has inspired me to start writing it again (:
