thnx, its an epiphone sg prophecy custom, i replaced the pickups to emg's, but they still lack gain, i might replace then with seymor duncan blackout, but hey srats are cool, i have a srat, ut surprise surprise i replaced the picups, if you dony like ur guitar, lame the pickups not the guitar , just change then to emg's they dont cost much, only about $30 from guitar centre

your welcome. and thanks for the advice. I don't really have a problem with my guitar, but if I ever think about a new guitar, I might consider changing the picups instead. although, if I ever get more advanced, I'll probably get a strat.
