And to answer your question, some are. In a way, it's the same as everywhere else in the world. There are good kids and bad kids. Some kids choose to drink, do drugs and party, but some stick in with their studying and don't put a foot out of place. There's a lot of underage drinking here, and I mean A LOT, but the drugs, it more depends on where you live and what crowed you hang around with.
