he doesnt give hugs, and my friend was going over to buy a tshirt before mike packed them all up and matt was like 'he's really busy right now, okay.' cause he thoguht she wanted an autograph or something and he made her cry.

well he's not really a douche,
maybe the fan caught him at a bad time or something. he was actually pretty nice to me.

he still really appreciates the fans, he's just REALLY shy.
he's so nice though, and you can tell that he's shy when you're talking to him, because he's so soft spoken and he doesn't make a lot of eye contact.
