Yes! They do need to hurry up! Actually today I chilled with someone who was home babysitting her little brothers. It was only for like an hour, but it killed some time.
AHHHH I hate not having my license. It's killing me. I swear I count the days past age 16 that I don't have a license. Tomorrow it will be exactly 7 months. (And that's just coincidental that I know since tomorrow is the 17th and my birthday is the 17th of November, I'm not really a creeper who counts the days, LOL.)
It's really just because we don't have an extra 350 bucks to spend on drivers ed. I'll probably just end up waiting until I'm 18 so I don't have to sit through the class. And for now I can just mooch off of the people I know that do have licenses, just rotate who I hang out with so the same person isn't lugging me around, haha. :]

You shouldn't feel bad though, it's not that big of a deal since it was only like a day later.
Haha, yeah, it's absolutely pouring outside right now. I almost died running from the car to the house because I slipped on my flip flops in the wet grass and fell into the splits...and I'm not flexible.
It really sucks that you're not off yet, hang in there!
Although, where I am I've been off for a week and all it's done is rain and all my friends are away this week, so it's nothing special. But I'm looking forward to all the local festivals and whatnot this summer since now my friends can drive and we can leave, hahaha. Unfortunately, I don't have my license.
