yeah i eat a lot.
but working out 8 hours a day keeps me in shape enough so that i can eat as much as i want.
i dont eat much junkfood anyway.. only icecream occasionally.
i'm not home at that time. i have a crazy training schedule:
5:00am - wake up.
6:00am - leave house for three hour run.
9:00am - soccer drills for two hours.
11:00am - run for another two hours.
1:00pm - weights for an hour.
then i go home, shower, eat and sleep untill i wake up or get woken up.
