The PS3's Modern Warfare 2 offers a large gamma of medals when you accomplish something great, like having a kill streak of 35. But if people only knew that there are medal given out to people in the real life; outside the closed environments called PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It is you who decides the outcome. You decide what you shall achieve in your life. Will it be the Medal of Honor?
