    One day the God of Bagels (or Rosie and Katia, whichever >.<) was hungry and he had nothing to eat. He didn't just want boring bread, so he decided to invent something amazing.

    And so 4 cups bread flour, 1 Tbls sugar, 1 1/2 tsps salt, 1 Tbls vegetable oil, 2 tsps instant yeast and 1-1/4- 1-1/2 cups of warm water were mixed together to make a dough. The dough was kneaded lovingly and left.

    The dough was then separated into balls, and the balls were rolled out into snake shapes. The God joined the two ends together to make a circle with a hole in the middle. The strange bread things were the put in boiling water, and then baked in the oven.

    The bagel was formed.

    What do you think? I just came up with the creation story for our bible! >.<

    That's so weird. I didn't realize that I had new profile comments. Until now. So I'm a little late on receiving this.

    But I have some pretty nice teachers. My English teacher is hilarious. She knows how to make the whole class laugh. But our PE teacher is old, and he left us out in the house for half an hour the first day of real PE.

    Hopefully you get the nice teacher!
