Maturity isn't so much based upon growing up. You can have maturity even at a very young age. Maturity, in my mind, is knowing when to be serious and when to loosen up. So you shouldn't be too afraid about growing up. Though responsibility sometimes makes you lose touch with your inner child. Life in its entirety is awkward. xD You just learn to cope, eventually.
xD They're just layouts that you can get from different layout creators. There's a bunch of them out there. If you look at the bottom of any user's page besides that of the generic Mibba layout, then there's a credit to where the layout was found. I got mine from Lameface, but there are others such as Tigerbolts!, Neon Daze, Banana Hammock Sammich, etc etc. I just love them. The way people can code so well astounds me. It inspires me to want to code. xD I mean, I understand basic HMTL, but throw CSS at me and it's an entirely different world. xD
I'm trying to plan my life, but I just don't know where I want to go. I can't imagine being stuck in a rut working an office job ten years down the road. Goddamn it that would suck. I want to see the world and have fun doing it. Music seems my most passionate choice, but I just don't know. :/ I also like law, but that's like, the total and polar opposite of what I think I want. ERrrrRooAaar. It's all so very confusing. Maybe even a career writing stories, but I don't think I'd have the attention span for that. I'm stressing about this kind of thing at fourteen. I can only imagine what it must be like at seventeen and with the decision sitting right in front of you. D: I wish you luck. And even if you can't figure out what you want right now, get a scholarship to what you think you'd enjoy doing. At least then, once you've got a degree in something and would be able to support yourself in a decent job, you'd have more time to think about what you want. That may be what I end up doing, actually. Career counseling over the internet for the win. :D Strange how this helped me think.
Eh, I just hate my accent. And I don't know if I even sound that hickish. :O I don't think so, but eh. Whatevs.
My family doesn't think so, music-wise. It's an iffy kind of job, and I don't think I'm up to that kind of pressure. But I've still got all of high school to try and think of something, so I guess I'll stop worrying about it.
You're lucky you're so laid back. xD I'm always stressing about the stupidist shit. Schoolwork and appearances and life in its entirety. But yeah, it is really scary. I'm not quite looking forward to senior year. I'm pretty sure I'm terrified, even though I'm excited. It's hard to explain. :/
Hm... They'd have to cosplay as an alien from an anime though. Just a random alien would attract attention, methinks.
Yes! I'm absolutely terrified of them. I always end up getting on one when I go to an amusement park though. Damn my friends. xD
Ah, can't say I use the 'Y' word too often. I resent my upbringing. :| Grammatical correctness and stiff speak prevent a drawl from escaping my lips. Though I might slip up occasionally, which is mildly embarrassing. I cannot stand the word 'ain't' though. Fuck it if it's finally a word or not, it is not a proper contraction and should not be uttered by the human tongue. But I'm a grammar whore, so I'm pretty much biased. English major for the win. :D Though I doubt I'll be an English major. It seems like it would be boring. I'd much rather something in computing or foreign languages. Or music. Always music. x3 How about you? Any plans for college? *gets sidetracked a lot*
Amusement parks! I'm deathly afraid of roller coasters, though. xD I've been talked into riding them before, unfortunately. I love the water rides though. I always end up with prune feet when I go. xD And Connecticut! Northeast, eh? I live down in the south where the cattle roam and the sheep graze a flockin'. Haha, Oklahoma. Where everyone uses extensive double negatives and a foul use of the word "ya'll".
Dude, Cream Colon probably is the most unhealthy substance in the world. I don't even know what it's made out of because the nutrition facts are in Japanese. D: But I got talked into eating it anways. And then paki, and some stuff called Hello Panda. And the panda on the box was mastering every sport known to man, so it's like the boy version of Hello Kitty. I also hugged a life-size version of Hello Kitty. A man voice came out of the costume. That scared me. :|
Well, your life seems fairly interesting. xD Explosives and bears make a great combination. :3 Especially at amusement parks! Must be a trained bear.
Just went to my first con. :D Brilliant. Got some weird candy called Cream Colon. Crazy Japanese people. xD Ah, and the cosplayers. Goddamn, they were so cool. x3 Some chick was in a full Avatar body suit. James Cameron Avatar, not Last Airbender. I actually didn't see any Last Airbender cosplay. D: Wtf?
Other than that, nothing much. I'm ungrounded, I think. I'm not sure, but the computer is unlocked and I'm home alone, so eh. xD And you? :3
