I normally start something, ignore it for a while when I get stuck and come back to it and re-do it because I don't like what I originally had. That's what happened to Piano Scars.
That is most of the reason why I haven't finished a long term story. Like I can finish contest entries just fine, because I have to think to whole thing out; but when it comes to my own long term stories, I think half of it through because I'm so anxious to get writing and then get stuck in the middle.
With art it's more of, I did something amazing, but then I keep doing the same thing over and over and over. Like I tried to make more pieces like my giant collage, but couldn't do it because I thought it would accidentally end up looking like the first. My pen and ink pattern and rhythm pieces are also an example of it too, there are a lot of repeat things in each one that make it look like I just changed one around.
