i'm so glad you caught that!! honestly, theres not much to worry about.. he still has his other ear (youll hear more about the ear situation later, i promise.), but its so great that youre paying attention. :) yeah, im a weirdo, so i have to say that my favorite part was right BEFORE he injected the Geodon... just because i love writing dramatic scenes like that. XD

and yeah... the toy gun.... Greg got it for him as a gag gift... kinda to go along with the whole "invincible pirate spy" thing... so he carried it around for the heck of it... maybe it was intuition. and then when Perry wouldn't leave them alone, he pulled it and took a huge change... Perry definitely could have been armed... o.o
and yeah, Tom really is a good guy, i think. if you really get to him and get close to him, i don't think he'd be able to help being nice/ being protective... it really just comes with the territory. kali however is a different story... you mess with her and you get every bit of wrath he can muster. XD
