I used CSS code, it's really long and hard and annoying, so I'd say that you should probably go to the forums, and under there is a section for "Mibba Profiles" and it has a bunch of premade profiles that you can use. But if you have a specific picture and color that you want, I can probably make you one. :]

You should be able to use photobucket, by copying and pasting the IMG code for the picture. Bit Mibba sometimes gets confused and says that the picture is not valed, which makes me sad. =[
