I am hoping that you are ok. Just wanted to write someone. I have been preparing for college and I have taken the ACT. I was only 1 and 2 points away from getting the PROMISE scholarship. I have applied for it, but I am having a problem. When I feel overwhelmed and lost, I try to reason with myself, but I always push my problems away to worry with some other day, or week, or month, year, decade. Anytime but when it is important. I am aware that there are many things that I must do, but I am so...unsure of what to do. I ask for help from councelors and my parents and even my freinds, yet they do not say things that are helpful at all. I am a first generation college goer, so I am the bird who is pretty much suicide jumping/being pushed from the nest. I have ideas of what I want to do, but they are not quite accepted and what I am wanted to do are quite hard to obtain. I kinda feel like a grocery bag floating in the wind. I really don't know what to do. I don't know who you are, or if you still come to this website, but I just needed to say what I needed to say to a human being. I hope that I have not bombarded you and wish that you have no troubles, for I don't want to make anything worse for you. You do not need to reply, if you have read this. But one sentence of understanding would lift mountains off me. I appreciate your kindness.
