    Hmmm I am doing an assignment on the impact of the Arthurian legend on people in medieval times and now so I think I should watch Monty Python and the Holy Grail, purely for research purposes, of course...

    I have a story up, I can't believe it. I'd greatly appreciate any feedback you have, seeing what a talented writer you are...

    What kind of music do you play?

    I just had my audition for the music program next year and as I started playing I realised my flute was in the wrong position and the tone was a little airy and it just annoyed me so much
    At least I didn't have to play scales
    Scales are death

    Have you heard anything by Cold War Kids? I just borrowed the CD from my friend and they are brilliant - Hang Me Up To Dry, Passing the Hat and Hospital Beds are the three best so far

    And I'm still going with the Beck songs - there always seems to be new ones every time I go on, ergo I am happy everytime I turn on my computer and compulsively switch on Limewire

    I must say Arcade Fire used to annoy me rather a lot, but they have grown on me lately. Any songs you'd suggest by the other bands (besides Radiohead)?

    Hehe have you heard "Satan Gave Me a Taco" and "MTV Makes Me Want To Smoke Crack" by Beck? They're hilarious. "MTV" is even better because of the jazzy change of mood...
    I've been on a spree downloading Beck songs because I just got Limewire (*gasp* Illegal! )

    And I have to practice for my flute audition for a music program next year. I already had one audition today for Flute 1 in band, which I think went well but you can never be 100% sure.
