    thank you so much for the poem comment! it really means a lot, especially today...
    I wrote it just to let out some emotions,
    Have you ever seen a movie or read a book or known an instance where a someone, most likely a girl is eyeing something in the window that someone usually a partner gets it for them as a "surprise"? Well my mom tried to do that with me, with the necklace but the necklace wasn't there.
    And that's where the emotions came out of but I can't explain why I didn't include the events in the poem, I guess that is just how I am.
    Sorry for the long rant,

    thanks for commenting on my song. it wasn't intended to be a song i was just writing about my mom who was killed on sunday the 6th (2011) and i decided a melody i had written fit perfectly and it all came together. I'll probably be posting more songs inspired by her so keep an eye out

    Oh wow, you really had it well worked out, and the message to me obviously was quite clear. I really wish I could write poems with an indirect meaning, but for me, it doesn't work too well - I have to get straight to the point.
