I actually just use photobucket! On their editing tool they have an 'add image' feature and you can blend to images and adjust transparency. It takes a couple tries to get two pictures that work together, but it works. Glad you liked it!

I actually don’t know what program was used to make the banner. Someone made it for me, but if I had to take a guess I think it would probably be Photoshop.
