Yeah dude I always stay away from food that's being fried. Once this spark landed on my hand and I was like OWW MOTHERFUCKER.
But I'm talking about more than spitting. The whole fryer tipped over and fell off the counter, so there was like a sea of hot oil between me and humanity. I had to tippy-toe all across the room on the countertop. I don't want to see what that looks like from a 3rd person's POV.
I'm not so scared of the oven though because I finally figured out how to make a basic vanilla cake without wreaking havoc xD

I made the same mistake.
I put a jar of nutella in the microwave [it's this fucking delicious chocolate spread. Do you get it where you live?] and it blew up.
I tried to make donuts once and then the vessel/oil ended up falling [while it was hot] and so I had to jump up on the counter and someone had to rescue me, like damsel-in-distress stories

im good. im eatcing some ice cream so im not tired! haha
