Yah not gonna lie the 14 year olds scare me more than the old people who can't drive. Because they're young, and dumb, and think they're cool

LOL in the state i'm in we give 14 year olds their liscense...which is REALLY stupid my parents didn't let me get mine till i was 16. They were trying to pass that law here too for awhile but it's yet to take place. That would severly suck to lose it right after getting it.

True true...and yah sounds like a learners-the never being allowed on the highways...far as I know I think you can go on the highways long as there is an adult and you're not a retard while doing it.
