    I get what you're saying. :) My first bandfic was absolutely horrid. I went back and read it and wanted to cry at how bad it was. Haha
    But thank goodness I've gotten a lot better at writing all kinds of stories.

    I totally agree! I admit, I write fanfic, but i try to make it less cliche. Most fanfic focuses on the band; in mine, they're hardly mentioned. But original is, and will always be, my favourite. :)
