I also recommend the song A Day Late from their album Never Take Friendship Personal, another one of their albums I recommend.

I recommend all of their cd's, but I'd start out with their first album - Blueprints for the Black Market. I think that you can find it on iTunes or in stores - if you have an fye or a Sam goody nearby, I'd check there.

As far as songs go, Paperthin Hymn is a good one - it's more mellower than their other songs. If you're looking for more upbeat songs, I'd recommend Impossible from their new album Dark is a Way, Light is a Place. If you want any more song recommendations, just ask. I highly recommend them.

I'll have to give those songs a listen in the near future. The band I listened to the most that helped me get through tough times is Anberlin - they're not metal in the least, but they do have some catchy tunes. If you want any song recommendations, just let me know.

Hmmm - I'll have to take a listen soon. From what you told me, they sound amazing. :-) Any songs that you'd recommend?

My parents divorced when I was 15 and my mom remarried last year. It's so weird having a stepdad now. I mean, not a bad weird, but a good weird (if that makes any sense).

Damn that gives him major brownie points in my book. <3

It's not cliche at all - Linkin Park saved my life - if it weren't for them, idk where I'd be. I still respect them, I just don't listen to them as much any more. Another band that saved my life was Papa Roach - their music helped me get through my parents' divorce. Idk where I'd be without them.

I'm definitely gonna listen to them - they sound freaking amazing. From what I can tell in your FFDP story, Ivan sounds like a hottie. ^__^

Can't wait to read the next installment/update. :-D

I also just finished reading "From Out of Nowhere" - great story. I'm a FFPD fan myself and though I haven't heard any of their music, I'm sure as heck going to listen to it now.

I agree - it was the band's business, but not really anyone else's. I don't like people who talk crap about others behind their backs. That's just freaking rude. It's sad that Deuce left, but if he was being an @$$, then I would've let him go too. I respect him as a singer and what he did with Hollywood Undead was great. I don't mind him, it's just the crap-talking people that I do mind.

I think that Deuce & Danny are both equally good singers and neither one is greater than the other. I love them both to be honest.

I may have said this before, but i'll say it again - J3T's eyes & J-Dog's smile are my freaking kryptonite.

I agree - what's done is done & overwith. I support both singers regardless of what they do.

I also think that they are both equally attractive in their own right. ^__^

For sure - I'd get lost in them, lol :-D

I think Deuce was good too - I absolutely love him on Black Dahlia & California. I haven't heard any of his solo stuff.

I honestly don't like the whole Danny vs. Deuce thing - I think that they are both great singers and are both very talented. I don't hate either of them and I don't like people hating on either one or the other. But I say, to each their own.

I mean Deuce has some good qualities about him too. He's also good looking, too. I think his vocal style is in a category all its own.

I think Deuce is a good singer too - I think both are good.

J3T is both adorable and hot - I think it's his eyes and smile. *melts*

Lol awwww - yeah his cheeks are adorable. Truthfully I like J3T and J-Dog the most - though Danny isn't too far behind. I love them all but those are my first three.

Though J-Dog's smile is my kryptonite lol :-D

I used to be a little skeptical about them myself, but as of a few months ago, I'm a huge fan. I honestly love both Swan Songs & American Tragedy, though I've been listening to American Tragedy on repeat.

I also love them all and I can't pick a favorite - that's like me trying to pick a favorite kind of candy, lol
