Yeah. It's unfortunate when people do that.
I mean it though. I'm a good listener i've never really been that great with comforting people O.o
But 'tis up to you and if not then 'tis all good :D
I know it's painful and I know it's addicting and not doing it when their is no reason to not to it even more hard but you need to see that there are people that care about you and it hurts them to see you hurt yourself.
One of the most helpful things to do when quitting an addiciton is getting rid of the temptation.
For example, I got rid of all three blades I used while cutting. When I knew I had finally hit rock bottom, I had one of my friends help me, and together we threw that temptation away.
Your welcoem for the comment,
and I understand.
I had been cutting for years before I quit.
Fighting an addiction is that hardest of battles.
It is not only physically pain you endore,
but emotional as well.
The mind is very complex,
and the only way you will ever come to terms with this,
is if something extreme happens,
something life changing.
I honestly hope it doesn't take that to make it happen,
to free you of this horror.
Not one person will ever completely understand you,
and the only thing I can suggest to help is to talk to people,
and try to make that first step,
even if it is just a small one, to getting help.
Cutting is a lot more serious then people make it out to be,
and if you ever need someone to talk to,
or rant to, no matter what it is,
Even though I do not know you,
You can always talk to me.
I mean it though. I'm a good listener i've never really been that great with comforting people O.o
But 'tis up to you and if not then 'tis all good :D
