I don't think I've heard of him but I'll definately have to look him up. My favorite poem is by an unknown author though. I wish I knew who wrote it but it's called "Two Pictures". I found it in an old book of poems my boyfriend gave me. I've found a lot of really good poems and poets in there.

My favorite would have to be Emily Dickinson. One of my favorite poems of hers is "The Sould Selects Her Own Society". It's brilliant. I don't think I've read many of Poe's poetry. I've read a lot of his stories though and I love them. I think the only poem I've read of his is "The Raven" but then again, who hasn't.
