Have you ever noticed how authors try to slip past their readers with subtle little hints about the pregnancy without trying to give it away? But the readers ALWAYS know. I thought I might have gotten away with it. Nope.

It's a DC (or was it Marvel....) comic turned into a movie. Like Spiderman/Superman/Batman movies. Only this is really dark and really deep. The plot is so complex and everything's interconnected, so much symbolism and good stuff. Hmm basically it's about a strange man in a mask running around and spiking a revolution against the totalitarian government. By chance, he saves a girl named Evey from thugs and things get going from there. It kind of reminds me of SuperHero in some aspects. :) WATCH IT! Really well made, too (directed by the wachowski brothers--the guys that created The Matrix).

YAY! I'm so glad you liked it! I wrote about a page of it before getting frustrated and giving up, and then I rewatched the beginning of V for Vendetta and got hit with the idea for how the rest of it should go, and the wording of the speech at the end and everything. :)

xD Girl, I've been trying to think of that a proper way to word that for a year. It's NOT effortless.

;) I ain't tellin' you nuthin. Find all the clues and piece them together to see if she was right or wrong. Here I'll help you: anything AT ALL that gives you a weird feeling, like even if something seems just a bit off or strange and it doesn't add up with what's been going on, I'm dropping hints.

Hmmm. Let's put it this way. SuperHero is written to model a mask. What you're seeing on the surface isn't the same as what's really going on underneath, and what's really going on is hidden from sight. You can only see what's under the mask when you accept that the mask exists in the first place.

Lina's awesome. She's super smart--like with an incredibly high IQ (if Altima had IQ tests). She'll be one of the main characters in the 3rd book.

See, Numare was SOO much cooler in the original version. Everyone that read TGR would always fawn over him. Unfortunately, I had to make some large cuts and those scenes didn't make it to this version ;_; I'll try to add them in again somewhere... but not sure how. He was playing with Kairi when she was 6 years old (which would make him 18 and totally HOT and awesome and funny and amazing). Oh, that reminds me.. I have to introduce his girlfriend into the story at some point....

About Joren--naw, he's already a jerk. He just doesn't show it yet. Well, "jerk" isn't the right word. He... does bad things for good reasons. There we go. But the bad starts to overshadow the good as the series continues. :) That's Joren in a nutshell. He's like Darth Vader and Yoda mushed into a single person. Or hey, just say he's like Anikan. Right now he's like little kid Ani, then book 2 is like teenage Ani, and book 3 is like adult Ani.
