Just curious, would you say your background in Croatian writing effects or influences your writing in English? I mean, do you take certain aspects pretty typical in Croatian literature and apply them to your English writing?

I would find that really interesting to hear about, and it would maybe give your style that unique spin it needs to differ from and comment on its own genre.
