yay!! :D Sorry for the comment I posted recently. :} So.. what do you like to do for fun?? o.o I'm kinda freaked out.. I know this senior is trying to act friendly but.. He acts like him and I are best friends.. I guess I should go along with just being friendly. :/

Me either. I only got to watch for a week until I went back home, and then I was sad.

Yeah we have solo and ensemble too and actually im doing a solo but the one where they judge you ive never heard of but that sounds close to all valley. All Valley is like you preform in front of judges and say your an alto sax, your comepeting against all the other saxophones in the valley for a spot in All Reigion. once you make it to All Reigion you comepete with the other saxes who made it to all reigion for a spot on the all reigion honors or synphonic band. when you make it to this your not just playing with people from your same school district but even sometimes from the entire state. its pretty amazing. you have to be really good. but also like solo and ensemble, its not mandatory.

Yeah, we just had our winter concert Thursday so when we come back from the holiday break were gonna be working on our contest music. and contest its like we work on our 3 - 4 songs each about 2-4 pages long for about 3 months and then we comepete with other schools for a throphy or plaque. or at least thats how it was done in jounior high.

I love the violence, it's one of the best parts. My sister always like to say "I went to a fight and a hockey game broke out."

I do find it the most fun to watch, though. When I first saw the American team on the TV with my aunt, I was mostly paying attention to the butts of the players ;]

Uhh... in a way theyre the same. we have whats called marching season and then uil season. marching season is at the begining of the year durring football and NO ONE in this great state of Texas can get out of the physical activity that is marching. we ALL have to do it. and then after the marching season we start working on our music for winter (this is also when we split up into bands, honors (the best) symphonic (second best)) and then after that is the uil season where we start working on our music for our contests.

I play in my school band. we dont have orchestra though. but we have ochrestra all region. pretty stupid. and no i havnt heard it yet. :P

Not really much of both, I am afraid. I mean, around this time if I want to, I can go play Hockey, but I'm not that good at it. And I don't really follow Hockey, but if I see it somewhere, I'll watch.
