Just by talking to them, and it depends on how open that person is.
Usually counselors use a mirror method by reflecting what issues you throw at them back at you to give yourself your own answer, but
if you're just having a conversation with someone, it's all about either who's turn is next to speak or really listening. :)

That's how I feel about psychology. :)
I love to write, but I could talk and anaylize for everrr.
I dissect people's minds like a pro.
Understanding the psyche makes me feel better about myself also.

I did creative writing all through out high school.
I'm majoring in psychology now. :)
I want to be a psychotherapist.
I understand emotions to extremes, so I thought I'd help other people out with theirs as well.

I always think we should keep a list in our pockets of the authors we remotely enjoy, I often forget.

I'm an emotional drunkard, so obviously I'm one of those people to describe a lot. Hahahah, I love to write about things that make me happy especially so that it reminds me of what makes me smile.
I smile a lot.
I read a lot of Johnathan Safran Foer, Salinger, Vonnegut (hugefan), I enjoy a great deal of authors.

Usually I read at random, if it stricks me as relevant. I'll definantly read it. Haha.
