Haha, I have to love the way you managed to throw Batman into that. xD But yeah, it was definitely a pretty dramatic revelation point in the story, that's for sure. For some reason this story's climax happened really close to the end. There's like no falling action, it's just a straight drop. Whoops!

The next update shouldn't take me long to have posted, either, so don't worry! I'm so glad to hear that you really have enjoyed this story, even with the crazy back-and-forth stuff it does. Hopefully you'll enjoy the sequel, Slip, just as much!

And I know, the last chapter was definitely some heavy shit; it was probably one of the heaviest chapters I've ever written! Obviously, I've got no comment on the matter, and the only thing I'll say is... don't get your hopes up too high. Zacky'd probably have noticed if she was drugged up or something and incapable of coherency. I know, I know! The money is super mysterious and really interesting, and I do promise there is a whole story behind it... but you're going to have to stick to guesses for a little while! It's something that eventually will be revealed -- I promise -- but it's going to be a little while before it's truly addressed.

I was well aware that she doesn't feel pain like Zacky does, I was just curious as to whether or not there is something equivalent to it though. Not even so much a pain, but more or less a need to keep her at ease aside from the needing to sleep near each other. I can honestly say that this story has captured my attention more than any other story that I've read here on mibba or any other fanfic site. So, as I've said time and time again, I can't wait for the next chapter! :D

I'm like fourteen days late.... buttttttt.... I just want to say that I totally agree about the whole sibling-in-a-corner thing. That's pretty much how I feel almost every time one of them gets in trouble. xD

And of course, thank you again for the sweet comment on the latest chapter! I'm glad you enjoyed it, and I'm glad to hear you're excited for the next chapter! Hopefully it won't be long before I can get it posted! (I can't decide if I have it written yet or not, haha! Anyways, no, she's not feeling the exact same kind of thing as Zacky, especially when it comes to the jaw-pain-thing. That's specifically a male issue. She doesn't have to go and bite him and then drink tea on a daily basis, too. Zack'd have mentioned it had she been biting him, too. That said, she did admit to feeling effects of the bond, so... there's that. And you're right, her reaching a breaking point sure as hell would be interesting! (;

I kind of got this giddy feeling while reading it, like when you see a sibling get in trouble and you're just....giggling in the corner and snickering knowing you're safe. I can't wait xD

And I'm glad you enjoy Matt in this story! I absolutely adore his character in this story, especially when it comes to his mate and the rest of his pack. I mean, I always imagined his tough persona was completely true and all, but when it came to his family and friends (which practically are family, anyways), he could be an ass at times but also be the I'd-die-for-them type.

It's not a problem at all! I really enjoy your story. And that really was a surprising chain of events. Definitely wasn't expecting her to give in. I'm also very interested in all the effects Zacky is having with the whole mate connection. It's really fascinating to the point where it's almost like I want to research it all lol x)
