go onto the 'My Mibba' page
and scroll down the side where it has the 'messages' 'old messages' 'account' bits (with the orange headers.) and scroll down till you get to the one that says 'Gallery' between 'message board' and 'friends'
click on 'photos'
the click 'upload photos'
(make sure you have the one that you want saved on you computer)
click on browse and select the photo that you want
you can add a description if you wish
then select the ox that says 'I understand that I will get permanently banned from the site if I upload a photo that breaks the rules'
aaaaaand if you want it to be your profile picture select the box above it aswell.

the click submit and TADA!!!! you should have a profile picture :D
