Idek, I've sucked at math for most of my life and had tutoring for it but had early aptitude for English, go figure. Neutral
    That's why I don't particularly like standardized tests---they aren't that good of a measure of someone's collective
knowledge because the questions aren't universally known. For example, where I live we don't have four seasons
but the SAT asks us about spring & winter, of which someone born here would not really know due to
    lack of experience on that.

I just want someone who actually likes their job and sees it as more than a paycheck. Wah.

Saving money = always a good thing. Thumb up Sounds fabulous!

& there has to be a lot of food available to strike up conversation. People bond over food / meals.

I haven't really 'loved' any of my English classes; when we peer edit, people are just so afraid
to constructively criticize my work. Which sounds incredibly arrogant, but it's true---I had a whole
group of people say my work was pretty much perfect on a rubric our teacher gave us.
I even had to peer review two papers instead of one because my teacher knew I could handle it. Facepalm

Then, my class for last semester was pretty hippie dippy where she didn't really teach me much and we did
reflections at the beginning of each class. I was bored out of my mind.

But now I have a teacher who seems like I can learn from, so I'm pretty stoked.

SQUIRRELS? There are friendly squirrels? That's quirky and funny, I wish I got something like that in the mail from uni.

Awkward People club; where you probably don't know 95% of the members because you're too awkward
to socialize. Cool I had my first full week of class and it's alright; nobody has annoyed me yet!

I hope you're feeling much better. Maybe you need some more rest. Hug

I have friends who are theatre majors and one took stage design last semester. He showed me the diagrams
of the stuff he needed to know and it made my head spin. I wish you the best on all that.

So far, I've been enjoying my groupwork for once, such a plus.

I've had a group mate flat out ask me if I could handle the work load I took on because I seemed nervous.
It's like. . .bro, it's cool, I'm always nervous, it's what makes me productive because my mind is always racing
with thoughts of things I need to do.

Awkward people unite though---we should form an alliance.

Hi, just here to remind you that you have one week left to submit your entry into Three Words, One Story! If you need an extended amount of time (the latest being September 5th, sorry) or you need to drop out, it's totally fine, just be sure to tell me Cute

Smile It's cool, I don't like my phone too when it makes my life more difficult and keeps
glitching or randomly dialing my parents.

You took notes on drapes? What. And I thought knowing stage direction (some basic stuff right there)
was redundant. And the deux es machina. And the fact that non-automatic stage curtains require a lot of arm strength.

They're not fun unless the class or certain people in the class make it fun, if you know what I mean.
The teachers seem pretty normal though, it's great because they expect us to be responsible. It makes me feel as if
I belong in the academic setting instead of "rebelling" against it because the teachers do not like their job. :3

It's scary during the first week or even mid way into the semester. Then it gets better, really. I had some classes
where I didn't know anyone but we had group projects and I had a good time working with the people
because they were on the path to success and taking their education seriously.

It definitely came in handy for the all nighters people experienced for exam week. Block scheduling was what I had throughout high school and it was nice; all seven classes on Monday, four classes on T/Th, and three classes on W/F.

    YOU'RE OBVIOUSLY ONE. XD
English is so much easier since I had teachers who gave so much work in HS. And of course, I had
a really amazing math teacher for pre-college math senior year. Even though I still have to work on my math,
but it's not as bad as it used to be (I had tutoring for math for awhile).

I'm taking English, math, mass communications, & economics. c:

Very nice. I did a bit of helping with stage stuff at school for my Theatre class, it was an interesting experience. & I love it when teachers spoil us with treats. For exam week, my Psych teacher brought airheads and lollipops. In Love

I attended an all girls Catholic private school for four years. Just let that sink in as to why my classmates are teen moms; nothing against them because mine was a teen mom but it's still strange to say "oh so how's so-and-so's son / daughter doing".

What's that class about? Sounds interesting. & I really liked my Psych class, our teacher was so. . .not by the books, you know?

/let's ignore the fact that I haven't responded in 5 millennia, ahem. Shifty

Not to mention, many of my classmates have kids / are pregnant. Uhm. Well.

Thankfully, I'm going back to school soon so I can stop constantly checking Mibba throughout the day. Are you excited about school? I feel like a loser for being excited haha. But I really am.

Just wanted to let you know that your banner is ready to be picked up!

I made it myself, mainly because I honestly didn't think that anyone would try it, because the pictures you've chosen are difficult to work with.
