Oh man, watch it with a bunch of Ukrainian men. Add some Coors Lite, ooh.
Mine too! I don't like travelling much. I hate planes and boats. I drive in a car if I have to go any where.
Well I want to live in the Ukrainian Village so bad, haha. And apparently the Ukrainians in Toronto are bitchy.. so I'd fit right in! Jk.
Sleep? There was just a big hockey game on. :'(
It'll probably end up being Toronto. I don't want to have to get a citizenship. I don't want to have to go through all of the trouble just to live in the US.
Oh that; Emily is such a common name. :)
Today was the last day of school. :) :( I'm sad; I don't even know what I'm gonna do tomorrow. Probably go out of town to this restaurant with Mark for lunch. This is gonna be so different. Now I have to figure out which city I want to live in. Toronto or Chicago.
Ha; no one got naked or high at this party. Just really drunk. But there was actually some adults there.. Well I hope you have a really fun time at your grad! And thanks.
It was amazing, amazing amazing. I got a $3500 scholarship for having the second highest average among the graduates. Mark got traaashed at the after-grad party. He's hilarious. The limo ride was amazing. :)
I was looking through my comments, and one of yours said your grad was on the sixth. How was it? Mines tomorrow, I'm so nervous. What's it like being up there as Valedictorian?
that dance is so well choreographed!
So it ballet the only type of dance you do?
I always find myself loving cultural dances, especially Eastern. Like Persian dance and belly dance. I've taken a year long class on those. And three years ago I did Irish dance which was so fun. But this year, when I move to Toronto after the summer, I'm gonna start salsa. Along with Ukrainian of course.
yay! I never get to show any of this stuff!
Here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NoSnB1nfTEc&feature=channel_video_title) is the kind of stuff we do now; it's a little more complex than this though. And here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zvD21OntHgI&feature=relmfu) is the kind of stuff I used to do, the level before the one I'm at now. And next year we go to Kyiv, in Ukraine, to perform Hopak (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Car5tKzhFv0), people call it the 'National Dance of Ukraine.'
Ok, now be judgey; I want to know what you think of the dances. Do they look easy?
Aw that's so cute! I wish I did that; I mean, I will in a few years when I'm a graduated dancer, as they call it. I have a dance show this summer. :) Well, it's technically a festival. I have a few actually.. I dance for five days straight in August for this thing called the Folk Fest, it's different cultural festivals, of course I'll be at the Ukrainian Karpaty pavilion. And I have to dance in a few weeks for the preview, and then dancing all day out in the summer heat for Ukrainian Day In The Park. Dancing in SK heat is a curse. Especially what we have to wear, it's so pretty but it's so damn thick. :(
Oh I get it now! That's weird though, even numbers. We don't do that.. .
So what's the weather like there?
Omg, did you watch American Idol a few nights ago?!
The average size of a person! Like jeans and stuff, like some of the really skinny girls, my cousin for example, are size double-zero's! And then I'm like a size five. Well, except when I'm at a real jeans store I'm like a size three. Stupid mall outlets. Seriously, my cousin Desiree is 98 pounds! And she's 20 and has a baby!
No, size. The average age here is like 40, so yours will be close to that. Something funny, Canadians have longer life expectancy than Americans. :)
You wont find me, I hyped up my privacy settings after some creep came to my door and said he saw me off of facebook. So now I only have people I know in person on my friends list.
Yeah, I'm aware of that. I do! I can't help it. I believe in stereotypes. I stereotype people all the time. And they are all true in their own way! Like my stereotype about guys who drive trucks. They're all the same.
Allot of Canadian stereotypes are true, so.. I mean, pretty much every white guy plays hockey. Ukrainian-Canadians are big on the alcohol. And the natives.. they're all the same.
