You're very welcome for the support, it's no problem at all. When I actually first heard it I didn't know who it was by, the song has just stuck with me for years. A few months ago I was singing it and realized I didn't know who sung it or even the right title, just the lyrics so I looked it up. It was weird knowing a song since you were little and having it stick with you.

Hey Evelina, thanks for your comment on the story. I set it up so time is moving more slowly in the present than in the past, as they have definitely been in the past longer. I am going to have an epilogue, and am planning on putting in some details of what the old soldiers got up to after the war ended. I'm very happy for your continued support of my story, it means a lot :-)

thanks for the comment on the story and there's plenty of Brian action in the next chapter. It's gonna be rated NC-17 so I guess you can say that's plenty of good action :-)
