It is a little hard at first, but for me, I'd say I'm fully used to it now. ;p
One thing I'll never figure out though is how to put pictures/videos on your profile and stuff. The best I was able to do is have a color layout with nothing on it.

I wondered that myself too, at first I thought all the people who were commenting me were bots, until I discovered that if you click "users" on top of the page, it displays all the recent people who joined. I think it's a cool feature. :p
