Yeah, its so exciting, everyone gets really hyped about because we just don't have anything like that :)
How long is a semester? I get really confused - is it a whole year or just a term?
At the moment its mandatory for us to attend school til we're 16, which is when we finish high school. And then we can go to college til we're 18 then university for however long the course you want to go on is. At the moment its not mandatory to go to college, but I think they're changing that soon. I know I'm in the last year when we can finish at 16, years 9 and 8 have to until they're 17 and then year 7 and below until they're 18 I think... :)

Not prom per say. When we finish year 11 we have a dance, my school call it the Valedictory Ball, which is kind of a celebration of the end of exams and high school but thats it. We have crappy school discos to but they dont happen to often. Aren't yours basically compulsary? You have loads of dances, i would love it :L I've always wanted to go to Homecoming, it seems so fun :L But, why is it in like november when you go back in august/september? Thats not really HOME-coming :L :L

LOL. theres a girl who was like that at my school (i actually think she was the one person i despised most on the planet) but she FINALLY got kicked out, after about 5 different exclusions. She goes to the pupil referal now, thank god. She was even stupid enough to smoke weed on the terrace, yeah, because thats not where the teacher balcony overlooks or anything. Idiot -.-


Ah no :/ What sort of things do you get strikes for? We dont have that sorta thing over here, just exclusions, reports....eventual expulsion and transferal.

i got into kerrang and stuff when i was on year 8 and the only other girl in my year in my form did, she was obsessed with paramore, and was always getting me to listen to stuff. And here we are, 2 years later, going to you me at six, all time low, bring me the horizon, parkway drive.... :D
