It means people are going to get wasted. Those people being adults that are supposedly "responsible."
And so I get to watch my little cousins... some of who are dandy, and some are... evil in mini form.
Not to mention I sleep over with them, which technically means "don't get any sleep", and even when I'm so tired I fall asleep, my uncle usually decides to clean up everything from the party.
Excuse my rant... but my gosh. My family's like a prescription drug; recommended in small doses.
