But all I've been hearing about the captaincy since Langenbrunner's been traded has been "blah, blah, blah, Parise is god's gift to hockey and so he should be captain regardless of his mega irresponsibility," but I agree with you. I think Elias should be captain. Or White.

Thanks for the comment! I'm glad you love it! Unfortunately, though, I'm not planning a sequel for the story. It's supposed to be a light, fluffy piece and I think a sequel would make it too serious. Plus, I already have to the Epilogue planned in my head and I just really like how I'm going to end it. But, I will be doing another story (including my fictional hockey one and my Mike Richards one) after I get done contest entries :)

That's why I had to put it in again! It's one of the most important details in the story. And the details is what I want people to pay attention to, haha. I won't say no more, I'm not gonna give anything away!

Its def. been a learning experience. I never liked to write, only read. Its funny when I look back on my Danny story how my writing got better throughout. Starting to get the hang of it.
