Well, the story's meant to take place when the Doctor's come back to the 21st century several re-generations on from when David Tennant played him. It's a lot easier that way because it means that everything that happens in the series still happens, and this happens after. If you want to imagine the Doctor, i'd say imagine him as David Tennant, simply because he's awesome and i love him the best. =]

Hey, thanks for all the comments. Answering your question, the story is centred around Dr.Who, the intro was just a bit about Torchwood. =]
