One of the admins I talked to a few months ago said they had spoken to Dujo about these issues and he had said he would work on them but I haven't heard anything since then and as we can see the issues aren't fixed yet.

I've talked with the other admins and they said they can't fix these site-wide issues. Only Dujo can. Sadly.

Yes, Mibba was the only writing site I could get into.
If Dujo (the site's creator) fixed the issues the site had, then those glorious days could come back. We can only hope.

Yea, I understand what you mean. I've been here for 9 years now and mibba was never like this before. It's really such a shame cause we had a wonderful community and everyone made each other wanna write and improve. I miss those days.

I’ll definitely have to watch it. It’s good to know that someone likes it.

I have been wanting to watch it. I know it’s based off Stephen King stories. It’s something that I know will interest me.

I'm recovering from an accident I had back in February and just yesterday I managed to keep myself from living the site for good. I had issues with the layout maker for a year now and I found the solution just yesterday so I was lucky about that at least.

That is true and it seems that even the fandoms are still a little active. At least to a certain degree. Yeah SOA is about the only reason why I keep Hulu.

Yeah it’s always nice. Honestly I’m a little more active there than I am here. You should. It’s really good. I love the show. I have watched Vikings and got behind. I need to catch up on it.

I get that my dash is predominately 80’s bands and SOA. And a few other random things. You could follow me if you want.

I know right and it’s so hard to find someone who sticks with their same thing. I have to search through their page if I want to remember who they are.

That’s true and what sucks is I also feel like tumblr goes through fads with fandoms. So it will be going strong for like maybe a year and then die off as a new fandom pops up.

Oh that’s very true. And I had always stayed here with most of my fanfics because of how welcoming this community has been. I mean tumblr is pretty good about that if you get in the fandom. Which sometime I feel like it’s hard to find fandoms on tumblr compared to how it is here.

That’s true. It kind of welcomed everyone and any fandom. I know this is my case, but a lot of the writers made some of the fanfics read like an original fiction for me. Which even if I wasn’t a fan of the fandom, the story was still good. But that may just be something I found. And it seems like some of those other sites had a lot of unspoken rules for the story to flourish. Or I felt like it was like that. And the costumizing was the best. I loved making the layout and making the aesthetic for the story. Though I wasn’t necessarily the best at making the banners there were always someone who could help on how to make one or be able to make one for you.

Yeah. Now that’s something you would think that there would be a bigger community for it since it was a website for that fandom, but that may just be me assuming that. Mibba just seemed to have the right layout and community for some reason. Especially for new writers.

I get that and know how that is. I think if that is what you are comfortable writing, then that’s fine and there is nothing wrong with that. But it is just about the community when it comes to enjoying the story and it is so hard to find a community like this site has/had.

Same. I have thought about scribophile a few times and have tried it but I don’t like it layout. And I’m not sure how it is about fanfics. Yeah it seems hard to find real person fanfic sites. Or at least one where the community seems to like it or at the very least be okay with it.

I feel the exact same way. Like I feel like if it can't be found, then how is someone going to read it? It's a little discouraging. I do want to be more active on here, but I find the motivation to do so low. I have thought about completely switching over to a new site, but I haven't really found one that I like enough to do that. At least not yet.

Yeah, true. I wish the same. I kind of hope that Dujo will eventually come back to fix that or someone be able to do something. And honestly, I feel like it would take either people to come back or sign up and be active like it once was. But I'm bit of a negative thinker sometimes even though I try not to be.

That’s crazy and insane. Though I’m curious as how that happened, but I’m wondering if it will ever get fixed.
