Thanks for the kind things you said about the ending of Call It Off. It was really important to me to make the story as realistic as it could be. Life isn't fair and it definitely doesn't always work how we would it to. I'm glad I was able to portray that in the story. Time spent apart from each other may just modify the needs and wants of Ben and Delia. Thank you for reading!
Thank you so much for the comment on Call It Off! And thanks for reading the story. One of my goals is to make readers feel with the characters and it's so rewarding when I hear back that I've done it effectively.
thanks so much for commenting on my story! I try to be as realistic as I can, and I'm glad you get the point I'm trying to make. I hope you enjoy the new update! :)
I'm glad to get it updated too! I honestly love writing this story, it's a blast. And I'm very glad you're enjoying the ride too. Thanks for the lovely comment! :)
I think it could be quite the doozy when he decides to head back to Pittsburgh, eh?
Originally I started writing it when Rick was a free agent and I had him go to Chicago since it's where I live and know how to write it. At the end I was sort of thinking the same way with the NY thing. Maybe since I love Erin so much I'll have to finish her story there.
I am SO glad you liked it! Even though it wasn't really a love shot, so I'm seriously happy you don't hate it.
You always know how to brighten my day with your comments! :) Thank you. I don't think very many people like Ben. Knowing that I've sucked someone into a Ben story is a great feeling. This is already my favorite hockey story that I've written so far. Thanks for reading! The next chapter should be up next weekend.
For the record, the oneshot I owe you is sitting in my drafts folder. It needs to be edited and is lacking a conclusion, but I most definitely did not forget :)
Thanks for the sweet comment! I think the ending is cute, and it's nice to see that other people like it too. I'm excited to share the new story and am glad you'll be reading. :)
I'm like, bazillion years late, but I wanna thank you for reading my story and commenting it! I'm really glad you like it, and I hope you keep on reading it :)))
Hard at work to get the next chapter with Kaylie and Luke's conversation up as soon as possible. Sorry for the wait. I'm really obsessive about editing. I just don't want to post something that I can't be proud of. Thank you for commenting!
Thanks so much for commenting and recommending Shell Games. I know this sounds mean, because she's a character in my own story, but from the writing side, it's so easy to torture Kaylie. So I'm proud of her, too, for not letting Kris push her buttons anymore. This weekend's update will be up shortly and there's a surprise! I look forward to hearing what you think! :)
Sometimes I wonder what's the bigger challenge: the actual writing part or the editing of the writing. So I'm glad you like my writing. :) And thank you for your excitement! I'm really excited to share the upcoming chapters all the way until the end. Stay tuned for this weekend's update - it's a big one.
As for Luke and yoga, I've seen the video a couple of times in the last few years and no matter what I melt into a fit of giggles when they do the bridge. If I'm watching a game that he's a part of and the analysts talk about him, while there's a close up of him, I think of the video then, too. Very mature of me.
