I've actually never seen a tornado in person. One came through my town a few months ago, but it didn't dome near my neighborhood. My town is on the larger scale of town sizes. I don't want to call it a city, because compared to the others around here it's pretty small.
My mother says "Hello" and that she likes your name.
My friend and I always say that we don't look alike, and her friend Lyle agrees with us, but the rest of the world is against us. A random stranger came up to us and asked if we were sisters...

haha. I just had a mini-freak out because you actually understood my nonsense ramblings, and my mother made fun of it. :)
People over here are obsessed with video taping tornadoes, so if you wanted, you could just search it and then you'd understand more...
*Le Gasp!* Look alike? That's cool. There's a girl at my school that I keep being mistaken for. The worst part is we're friends and can be seen walking together on a daily basis, and it confuses everyone. but, yeah. Look alikes are always welcome. XD

:) They're not the same thing. Hurricanes are basically really bad thunderstorms with really strong winds that migrate towards high pressure (warm/hot) areas. Tornadoes are when high and low pressure (hot and cold) systems are pushed together and the cold air chases the hot air and vise versa. At least that's my understanding of it.

Yeah...I've come to the conclusion that there's a force-field around my town. We hardly ever get hit by the hurricanes. I live in Florida, so the state gets hit a lot, but my town is on a smaller peninsula on the western side of the state and it kind of protects us from the hurricanes...I hope I didn't just thoroughly confuse you. I have a tendency to do that.

It's the first day of hurricane season here, so it's about to be very rainy. Actually, we had our first storm of the season today. I like the rain though, so it's okay. XD
