Thanks a lot *blushes* :) I don't normally do contests, partially because I've kind of just started getting into NHL, and I'm not a hugely competitive person when it comes to my writing. I just like reading hockey stories :D

Yeah, I agree with you there. A lot of them have become cliche, and although I'm not a huge fan of a story starting with the character returning to whatever city on a plane (like mine did), sometimes it's kind of necessary. I try to be as original as possible, though. And as far as long chapters go, I just...can't write short ones, haha. I don't know why :p LOL creep all you want! It makes my day :D

Nah, my boyfriend's dad loves the Blackhawks. I can't hate them if I tried. You don't need to like Buffalo :P Part of the reason I do is because they're my boyfriend's favourite team, and Ryan Miller is an excellent goalie. Your stories are good :) I really enjoy reading them.
