Google translate isn't accurate actually. xD Like if you ask it to translate glasses as in eye glasses, it'll give you the glasses you drink out of. My teacher pointed that out to me once and it was how he figured out I was using google. xD He didn't care, he was just happy I was actually trying to do the work. Using google translate was more of an effort than what a lot of kids were doing. :3

I always had a fairly good grade in my Spanish classes. None of the work was ever that hard with the classes I took. xD

I was forced to take Spanish for two years in high school, I still know a bit about the language. I'm only learning Japanese because most of the musicians I listen to are Japanese, most of the movies I watch are Japanese, and I have hopes of living in Japan one day.

Yeah, I remember learning about that I think. They have added letters because of the accents that are occasionally on letters.

Well, they have cuss words like hell and damn. But the more "severe" ones I guess don't have an equivalent. Like fuck, there isn't a Japanese equivalent to that one. The Japanese have their own phrases they'd consider cussing, it's just not exactly what Western countries would consider cussing.

This is just what I've been told though. I'm still learning the basics so I don't know how to cuss someone out in Japanese yet. :3 I could be wrong but this is what I've been told.

Lol yeah, Japan has a different movie rating system so that's why it's not rated. :3 Japan is a bit more of an accepting country than America is, so what we'd consider like "R" rated may not be considered "R" rated there. They don't even use our ratings, I'm not sure what they use but I know it's different.

There are some words in Japanese that don't have an English equivalent and vice versa. Like certain cuss words don't have a Japanese equivalent because the Japanese language doesn't really have cuss words. The only other reason is because sometimes it's just easier to change some words that put the actual translation.

Yeah, movies in all different languages sometimes change up the wording a little. The translations are pretty accurate though with just a few changes.

Sometimes the subtitles aren't direct translations. Like sometimes I've heard someone call their sister "onee-chan" in movies and the subtitles will have the person's actual name. The subtitles sometimes aren't a direct translation of what's being said.

I read the subtitles, I'm not good enough in Japanese to actually understand it. I can get the basic gist of sentences, but I can't understand what it fully says. So I just read the subtitles. :3

The first one is called Carved: The Slit mouthed Woman. The second one is called Carved 2: The Scissors Massacre. It may also be called Kuchiesake-Onna 2: The Scissors Massacre. The second one is essentially the prologue, but it was made after the first one so that's why it's considered the second. The firs tone was released on 07 and the second in 08.
