Im not allowed to exercise thats the problem =[ nothing, not even alittle walk.
so basically im trapped at home,
im not really sure on my height I think its 5'4 or 5'3 but I wouldn't have a clue aye.
I just can't believe its gotten this out of control :/ on saturday I went crazy
I mean it, the WEIRDEST thing, I opened my candy and chocolate box and just binged I don't know why.. then I went into the kitchen and ate so much food.
I cried and cried afterwards.. it was so unlike me.

Well I ate quarter or half an apple for breakfast and abit of lettuce for lunch and then dinner.. I worked out for like 3-4 hours a day as well XP
I weigh 92 pounds, not actually sure about my height though.. I never know these things XD
Its so annoying because like the last thing I want is to gain..
I still think im fat. :/
