That sounds like a lot of fun, I wanted to be an archeologist when I was a little younger. It's facinating discovering different things about humanity's past.
I'd like to find the Lost City of Atlantis someday, some say that it's in the Aegean while others say it's in the Atlantic, while others say it never existed at all.
I think that would be the greatest archeologic find of our time.
My interests are geared more towards the fantasy, historical-romance when it comes to fiction and history and philosophy when it comes to non-fiction.
I haven't read anything lately (that is in the last month) but I can recommend a couple.
The Black Jewels Trilogy - Anne Bishop
The Mists of Avalon - Marion Zimmer-Bradely
The History of The Decline and Fall of The Roman Empire - Edward Gibbon (Do NOT buy any abridged versions)
I came up with Self-Proclaimed Scholar a while ago because it was original since everyone is a Self-Proclaimed Genius but no one is a Self-Proclaimed Scholar.
You want to be a Self-Proclaimed Scholar hm?
Very well, I, Alecterum bestow upon you Rachel the title of Self-Proclaimed Scholar may you go and be a pain in many asses from this moment on.
haha thanks! i have the whole story posted on Quizilla, but I just moved here from Quizilla, so yeah...umm.do you know how to make certain words italicized, bold, and underlined in the story? i'm kind of like still getting used to mibba. :]
