yay. I feel like a good girl. After procrastinating all day I finally posted the latest chapter in my story.

Not quite counting the days. It is still far off enough that counting the days would be just a bit depressing. Maybe when its only like a month away haha..

And no, nothing exciting here. I have the weekend off as usual so I am reading on Mibba and sleeping. Not very exciting but it is all I am in the mood for.

I started reading his story in a whim, I didnt think I would like it either but now I am addicted :P but zombies are nor for everyone.
And still no luck with the hockey games. Sigh.
Every now and then I will go on the NHL page and check the scores and states and highlight videos but that is all I have been able to do. And i cant even do the videos always cuz the connection speed is not the best. I am counting the days till I am state side so I can actually watch the games.

I know, I know....I feel so SO bad about not updating in so long. Masquerade might get taken down because I just have no ideas for it whatsoever....I still have the chapters saved on my computer so if I do ever get ideas then I have those to work off of. As for May I, I'm determined to finish it but I have to get myself past this bit of writer's block first. I'm really gonna try to get that Tahoe sequel-shot done here in the next week so I can focus on May I. Trust me, you'll be the first person to know when those go up lol.

Yeah I thought for sure it was gonna go overtime. Boynton's penalty did make me real nervous but I started to relax a little and then that damn Joel Ward guy scored, damn him. We really need to figure out what to do on D because it is clearly not working right at this point.

Poor Pens....go Sid and Engell lol. No the missing D-men really doesn't help matters. And hopefully the next games will fare better for our guys.

As for the Crosby/Malkin slash.
I liked it. Crosby is such a girl in it and the writting style is not one of my preffered types but I like it and subscribed. I wanna see where she goes with this :P.
What would really crack me up though would be a Crosby/Ovechkin slash. Just cause of the rivalry going on there.
If I was more confident in my writting skills I would try and write it myslef. But I dont know enough about hockey or these two players to do it. I wouldnt even know how to start. :P

Jelly got suspended for 2 games, which I totally expected after seeing that hit. I was pretty sure we would see some kind of suspension. The only thing that worries me is how our D is going to be with him out and with Soupy still injured...Guess we'll find out. Crawford is supposed to be in net tonight so we'll see if he can come off with another decent showing.

Oh my god I can't stop laughing right now. Okay so I was telling one of my friends from the Boston area about how crazy the UC is when the anthem plays and when they celebrate goals right? So I went on youtube to find videos for her, well when I was searching for a goal celebration video, I happened to see this nickname somebody made up for Buff and I about died laughing. Yeah that hit looked pretty borderline to me too. Leddy's goal was hilarious, that made me laugh. Hossa has been nuts lol. Seabs is frustrating me too, ridiculous. But oh man, how about these fights and stuff? Miller was even getting into it! At least the Hawks got a win though!

I didn't get to see the Pens but it seemed crazy.

OK, I am just throwing this out there. But you know how on Mibba there are certain main ideas that you will find stories about, right?
In the fan fics area:
You have pretty much AX7, BMTH, All Time Low, MCR and Hollywood Undead, frikin Justin Bieber end the damn Jonas brothers for Music.
For books you have a lot of Harry Potter and, of course, Twilight.
And in sports you have a few ones about soccer but an obscene amount of Hockey player ones. Specially about Sidney Crosby. Oh, and a few that do some extreme sport or another.
And when you see story plots what you see the most is: Slash, regular, Student teacher and/or vampire/human romance.
As for spicing up the stories you will find a sprinkling of bad boys, emos, princes, arranged marriages, vampires, werewolves, people with fucked up pasts, rape, pregnancy and sex that could make a porn star blush.
Now taking all the above into account you will find yourself with hundreds of odd stories that combine one two or even eight of those aspects, yet the story lines are pretty much the same.
Here are a few thing I have not seen stories written about but would totally crack me up if I did:
- A hockey fan-fic that was a slash. I mean really, with all the slashes going around you would think someone would have made hockey player gay by now.
- A story with an ugly vampire as the hero. Seriously, why are they always total hotties? Ugly people get bitten to you know!
- A band fan-fic where they DONT get the girl/boy and they have to suck it up like the rest of the none famous world. (this one just be my bitterness talking cuz I know I will never have a famous singer in my bed)
-An arranged marriage where the do not end up happy and in love at the end...seriously. Who would really end up like that now-a-days?

But that is just me...
If anyone has actually seen something like any of those, please pass me the link. It should be an interesting read :p
