Mm, just a birth defect.
I had a narrow vein in my brain that shut and wouldn't send blood to the left side of my body, so I kept having mini strokes and whatnot so they cut a hole in my skull and took a vein from my scalp, and put it on my brain, and then stapled my head up and now I'm good as new, 4 years later :D
