It's not the actual disclaimer, that was valid - but the punctuation and spelling needs to be corrected.

Gosh, didn't mean to scare you, should have made it clearer.

I just went on your story and I noticed your disclaimer wasn't obeying the mibba rules on grammar etc. (link here) I'm by no means anyone with power on this site, but I think it's a fair warning. You could be warned by staff if they come across it, so I'd recommend changing it.

I may also add it can put a reader off, seeing intentional misspellings.

Yeah that sounds bad but you should be able to find away to get them up so you should be fine and that is good that you only have that many more chapters to go till you are done with it :)
